These terms describe the basic conditions for using this website and requesting relocation services from Chigo Relocations.
Using this website
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate, current information when creating an account or requesting a move. Keep your account credentials private and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Bookings and estimates
Submitting a booking sends a service request; it does not by itself guarantee availability or confirm a final service agreement. Estimates are based on the details submitted and may need adjustment if the route, inventory, access conditions, or requested services change. We will communicate changes for confirmation.
Payments
Payment amounts and status are shown with the relevant booking. The payment flow currently available on this development platform is a simulation and does not charge a card or verify a live Paystack transaction. Do not enter payment-card credentials into the mock payment flow.
Changes, cancellations, and service issues
Contact us as soon as possible to request a booking change or cancellation. Any service-specific schedule, cancellation, liability, or claims terms will be provided in the confirmed quote or service agreement and remain subject to applicable law. You can submit an incident report from your booking page.
Availability and updates
We work to keep the site available and information current, but features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
